If an item is confirmed to still be available, or if there is another valid reason for keeping a find visible for longer, its lifetime can be extended directly in moderation. Fixed extension periods of 1, 3, 7 or 14 days are available. Active finds are extended from their existing expiry date. For finds that have already expired, the new lifetime starts at the time of the extension. Archived, rejected and not-yet-approved finds cannot be extended. Every extension is recorded in the audit log.
Open Moderation in the admin area.
Select the approved or expired find you want to extend.
In the “Extend lifetime” section, choose the desired period.
Check the success message and the new expiry date.
